Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Service govern the use of the organization's digital services and related offerings. By accessing or using any portion of the services, users agree to be bound by these terms. If a user does not accept these terms, they should not access or use the services. The organization may refuse access or terminate accounts at its discretion for violations of these terms.
Use of the services
Users agree to use the services lawfully and in accordance with any applicable policies, instructions, and operational guidelines. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems, interfering with service functionality, reversing engineered protected code, or using the services in ways that violate the rights of others. The company reserves the right to suspend or restrict access if misuse is detected.
Intellectual property
All intellectual property rights associated with the services—software, designs, documentation, and content created or provided by the organization—remain the property of the company or its licensors unless a separate written agreement states otherwise. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the services for their intended purposes. Reproduction, distribution, or creation of derivative works without explicit permission is prohibited.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the company disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or connected to the use of the services. The organization’s total aggregate liability for direct damages is limited to the fees paid by the user for the services during the twelve months preceding the claim, or another amount as may be stated in a separate agreement. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so these limitations may not apply in their entirety to all users.
Termination
Either party may terminate an agreement or access to services in accordance with the specific terms of any contractual arrangement. The company may suspend or terminate access immediately if a user materially breaches these terms or engages in activities that present security risks. Upon termination, licenses granted to the user will end and the company may delete or deactivate user data in accordance with its data retention policies, subject to applicable laws and contractual obligations.
Changes to terms
The organization may modify these terms as needed to reflect operational changes or legal requirements. Important changes will be communicated through the site or other reasonable methods. Continued use of the services following notice of changes will constitute acceptance of the amended terms. Users are encouraged to review the terms periodically to ensure they remain informed of their rights and responsibilities.
Governing law and dispute resolution
These terms are governed by the laws specified in any applicable contractual agreement or, in the absence of such a specification, by the law of the jurisdiction in which the company maintains its headquarters. Disputes should be raised promptly and handled through the dispute resolution procedures, if any, contained in a controlling agreement.
